New York Federal Judge, Edward R. Korman, ended the age restrictions on the availability of the Morning After pill yesterday.
The Washington Post reported that Judge Korman issued a fifty-nine page ruling that blasted pro-life groups, Obama’s Justice Department, and even the FDA for arguing that Plan-B One Step should have any restrictions whatsoever.
