1. A December in Waco without abortions after a brutal 20-year holocaust
This is a special month for Waco pro-life Christians. Yes, we celebrate the magnificence of the Incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ in the womb of Mary of Nazareth. Additionally, it has been 20 years since there has been a December without the shedding of innocent blood in Waco at the hands of Planned Parenthood. The abortionist’s tools of destruction and devastation fell silent last August. Thanks be to God for this blessing. Thanks also to all the laborers in the pro-life vineyard over the years who did not accept the horrific deeds that first were inflicted on Columbus Avenue and then on Ross Avenue. You prayed. You counseled for and helped moms make their decisions for life. You held signs. You shared the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. You allowed pro-life ministries to share in your financial blessings. You wrote pro-life letters to the Waco Tribune-Herald. You cooked and cleaned for Second Sunday. You volunteered at the HOT Fair. You stuffed envelops. Your displayed yard signs. You drove Carolyn the pro-life billboard truck. You talked about life matters to your friends and relatives. You offered encouraging words as years of disordered and sinful actions occurred at Planned Parenthood. And you did more. I love all of you and thank you for being a strong and bold remnant.
I am going to enjoy Christmas, New Year’s and Baylor football in the Fiesta Bowl. Then in early January, I am going to do all I can with your collaboration with the hope that Waco will have a December with no Planned Parenthood whatsoever.

The page, of course, is about PLW’s Celebration of 2013 Pro-Life Victories in Waco. We came together to celebrate on December 14. You will also find links to the texts of planned messages from Daniel Vinzant and me. A last minute conflict prevented Daniel from being with us on December 14.
