“August 20, 2014 (Cincinnati, OH): News outlets are reporting that late term abortionist Martin Haskell will not appeal to the First District Court of Appeals in an attempt to contest Judge Jerry Metz’ decision to uphold the Ohio Department of Health order that his Women’s Med Center abortion facility be closed for operating outside Ohio health and safety laws.
“The Ohio law has been upheld and the decision not to appeal confirms its importance in protecting women’s health and safety,” said Paula Westwood, Executive Director, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati.
