PA Pro-Life Legislative Alert - Resolution Calling for the Safeguarding of Children with Down Syndrome

The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, representing tens of thousands of people and nearly 40 local county-based chapters throughout the Commonwealth, urges you to call your state Senator and urge him or her to support Senator Scott Martin’s resolution condemning the selective abortion of children with Down syndrome.

People with Down syndrome contribute greatly to the Commonwealth and enrich the lives of not only their families, but their communities as well. Aborting these children, based solely on a diagnosis of Down syndrome, represents the worst form of discrimination against people with disabilities.
