Sidewalk Servants are pro-life warriors, trained by Dr. Monique Ruberu, who are present outside center city Philadelphia abortion facilities located at 777 Appletree Street (map) and 12th & Locust Streets (map).
Dr. Ruberu and Patrick Stanton set up these vigils to run between the 40 Days for Life vigils. The current Sidewalk Servants vigil takes place from now until the 1st day of Lent (February 14, 2018). You are welcome to sign up for a single shift, but we highly encourage everyone who signs up to commit to one hour a month.
According to Dr. Ruberu, if the cost of parking/ gas is too much of a burden the sidewalk servant can qualify for some reimbursement if trained by Dr. Ruberu, (attended an official training).
