Chelsea Clinton, Stop Putting Price Tags On The Lives Of Children

Around the world, it has been common practice for parents to teach their children life is priceless — the value of a life cannot be measured in any form of currency. Sadly it looks like Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former-President Bill Clinton and former-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, did not get that message from her parents.

During an event on Saturday for the “Rise Up for Roe” campaign opposing President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Clinton surprisingly stated,
"Whether you fundamentally care about reproductive rights and access rights, because these are not the same thing, if you care about social justice or economic justice, agency – you have to care about this. It is not a disconnected fact – to address this t-shirt of 1973 – that American women entering the labor force from 1973 to 2009 added three and a half trillion dollars to our economy. Right? The net, new entrance of women – that is not disconnected from the fact that Roe became the law of the land in January of 1973."

I cannot deny the facts. It makes sense abortion would improve the economy, but Clinton first states our beliefs do not matter because the facts are the same. I accept these facts about our economy, but that does not mean life is any less valued. Not to mention the value 66 million new workers could have added to the economy.
