If you have been following our blog on Google either on our blog in our group, you probably know of Google's new policy concerning Google+.
They are closing down our social media sites and because of this, we at Voices for Life, have decided to move our blog as well (in case we get a notice that they will be shutting it down as well).
We are now at WordPress. It is a much easier site to work with and I think (as some have already told us), one with a better look. While we are still a 'work in progress' we wanted to let you know that this Google site will be closing and you can now follow us on WorPress.

As a general guide of Blood Pressure Monitor : ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg. high blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher. low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower.
