SENATE HEALTH COMMITTEE SCHEDULED ASSISTED SUICIDE BILL FOR HEARING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3!

UPDATE: We just received word that the Senate Health Committee has scheduled A2451/S2474 for a hearing on Thursday, November 3rd. Please call and email the members of the Senate Health Committee and urge them to Vote No to release the bill from committee.
The NJ Assembly Passed A2451on October 20, 2016 by one vote, with 41 Yes votes, 29 No votes and 5 abstentions. The bill is now in the Senate where it is being fast tracked. The Senate Health Committee has scheduled a hearing on A2451/S2474 for Thursday, November 3rd so please act quickly!

2. Call and email your State Senator immediately and urge him/her to Vote No on A2451/S2474 if it is scheduled for a vote by the full Senate.
3. Call and email Governor Christie and urge him to veto A2451/S2474 if it reaches his desk.
