By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

Akron, Ohio - A complaint has been filed with the Ohio Attorney General's office accusing an Akron Planned Parenthood office of violating laws requiring parental consent before a minor can receive an abortion, according to a document obtained by Operation Rescue.

The complaint form, which was received by Operation Rescue in an unredacted form, was filed on July 27, 2017, apparently filed by a parent who stated of Planned Parenthood, "They performed an abortion o[n] a 16-year-old without parental consent."

AG Sessions: Senate Investigation into PP's Body Parts Scheme "Could Provide a Basis for Charges"

By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

Washington, DC - Attorney General Jeff Sessions testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday at acknowledged that Planned Parenthood and others who may have participated in the illegal sale of aborted baby organs and tissue could be criminally charged once the FBI completes its investigation.

Rep. Trent Franks referenced a report published Monday by The Hill that the FBI had asked to view unredacted documents obtained by the Senate Judiciary Committee's year-long investigation into allegations that Planned Parenthood and others engaged in the illegal sale of aborted baby body parts. That investigation was initiated by undercover videos released in 2015 by the Center for Medical Progress that clearly show Planned Parenthood executives haggling to get top dollar for aborted baby parts.

67 "Women in White" Expose Abortion Dangers at America's Worst Planned Parenthood

By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

St. Louis, MO - Marking the day that Missouri's new abortion safety and accountability law, SB5, went into effect, 67 women dressed all in white provided a dramatic backdrop to a press conference outside the high-volume Planned Parenthood facility in St. Louis last Tuesday that emphasized the need for the new law.

The demonstrators wore white to represent the 67 women who have required emergency medical transport to local hospitals since 2009, after receiving abortions at the notorious Planned Parenthood facility. Those injured women - covered with white sheets - were removed from the abortion business on gurneys and loaded into awaiting ambulances.

Each of the "Women in White" held placards with a date indicating when specific medical emergencies took place. Records obtained from the St. Louis Fire Department by Operation Rescue and eye-witness reports provided documentation for the number of emergencies, 40% of which involved hemorrhaging that could not be controlled by Planned Parenthood's staff of abortionists.

Bremerton, WA - As a man and a very young girl paced in the parking lot of a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Bremerton, Washington, two ambulances and a fire unit responded to a medical emergency that appeared to involve their loved one.

This represents the 23rd time an ambulance has been spotted outside a Planned Parenthood center this year.

Video of the incident was taken on June 7, 2017, by Laurie Coykendall, leader of the Bremerton area chapter of Sidewalk Advocates for Life, who provided it to Operation Rescue.

No Joke: Planned Parenthood Hospitalizes Unconscious Patient on April Fool’s Day

By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

Fayetteville, NC – April Fool’s Day was no joke for one Planned Parenthood abortion facility patient who suffered a medical emergency so serious that she required emergency medical treatment and transport.

Pro-life activists with 40 Days for Life had cameras running as a woman – her head bobbling as if she were unconscious — was taken out of the Fayetteville Center Planned Parenthood on a gurney and loaded into an awaiting ambulance on April 1, 2017, at around 1:00 p.m.

The ambulance remained in the back parking lot for about 20 minutes before it finally rolled away, raising the possibility that she required immediate emergency care that could not be done while the ambulance was rolling.

Witnesses told Operation Rescue that the ambulance left initially without sirens. It took a longer route to the main road through a series of parking lots, and then only turned on sirens when they were well away from the Planned Parenthood abortion facility.

This represents the thirteenth documented time in 2017 that Planned Parenthood has transported a patient from one of its abortion facilities to the emergency room.
