Video Shows Pro-Abortion Student Changing His Mind After Hearing This Pro-Life Argument

By Micaiah Bilger
Life News

A pro-life group that has been touring college campuses across America says it has witnessed a number of young adults changing their minds about abortion.

Created Equal recently shared a video of one such experience during their Road Trip for Life outreach.

The video shows a young pro-life advocate discussing the issue with a young man and presenting arguments for the unborn that the young man apparently had never heard before.

The young man begins by saying he believes abortion should be a woman’s choice, but there should be limits on late-term abortions.

The pro-life advocate responds with a question: “What’s the difference between a baby at one month and nine months that would justify killing the one-month-old but not the nine-month-old?”
“We don’t give rights based on whether you can do certain things. We give rights based on what you are,” the pro-life advocate continues.
Eventually, after they discuss the young man’s concerns about abortions in cases of rape, the young man agrees that the pro-life position makes sense.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right,” he says.

Created Equal founder Mark Harrington told One News Now that they have had many similar encounters during their visits to 30 colleges and 20 high schools this fall.
“And in 40 days, we had 717 students change their minds on the spot after viewing abortion victim photography video,” Harrington said.

Pro-Abortion Students Call for Censorship of Pro-Lifers at Aberdeen University

By Danny David
Live Action News

For some pro-abortion activists in Scotland, posters advertising peaceful pro-life gatherings are apparently just too offensive to handle.

A letter, signed by approximately 250 people and groups, called for the removal of posters advertising 40 Days for Life, which is currently putting on a peaceful prayer gathering outside Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. The posters are displayed on the University of Aberdeen Catholic chaplaincy building, which is owned by the Diocese of Aberdeen.

But some students feel that the posters are just too offensive to remain. The letter states:

We feel these [posters] are harmful and make our campus a distressing place.
…Our campus is a place for discussion but displaying material that appears to condemn those who have had abortions is actively harmful. Students, staff and others should be able to walk about campus without feeling attacked by the material that is displayed.

Advertising a peaceful prayer vigil is “harmful” and “distressing?” An “attack” on students and staff?

It’s more likely that this is a case of pro-abortion individuals and groups seeking to censor opposing views.
