Black Pastor Slams Abortion: 1,800 Black Babies Killed in Abortion Each Day

As NAACP leaders gather for the annual convention in Baltimore, several prominent black pastors and pro-lifers hope to convict civil rights advocates on the tragedy of abortion.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People supports abortion, despite it being the largest destroyer of black lives in America. The civil rights group even opposed a bill to ban abortions based on the unborn baby’s race. Several years ago, the NAACP also sued LifeNews and black pro-life advocate Ryan Bomberger after they exposed the organization’s pro-abortion stance.

This week, the Rev. Clenard Childress Jr., a leading pro-life advocate in the black community, hopes to reach out to leaders at the NAACP convention and share the truth about abortion, according to One News Now.

Of particular concern to Childress is a statement by Pastor William Barber, president of the NAACP chapter in North Carolina.

“We’re very frustrated with the words of Rev. Barber and his reference to the clergy praying for Donald Trump [and] insinuating that this administration is ‘preying’ upon black people, but it’s just the opposite,” Childress told the news outlet. “The NAACP and Rev. Barber support abortion, which is causing black genocide.”

Alveda King, another black pro-life advocate and the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., made a similar statement earlier this month.

“[President Trump] is certainly fighting for civil rights today … leading the charge for civil rights today for the little unborn persons in the womb who have a right to live,” King told Fox & Friend

King and Childress both pointed to statistics showing that black babies are targeted for abortions more than babies of other races. He said nearly 1,800 unborn black babies are aborted every day, and the majority of abortion clinics are located in minority neighborhoods in the U.S.

Research by Protecting Black Life found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of black and Latino neighborhoods.

“It’s time for clergy to own up to the responsibility of shepherding their sheep and leading them away from the slaughter, not to the slaughter,” Childress said.

Childress is the assistant to the national director of the Life Education And Resource Network (L.E.A.R.N.), the largest African American pro-life group in the United States. He said they have had success reaching out to black pastors about abortion, and a growing number are waking up to the truth about the violence against unborn black lives.

Abortion Industry Destroys Diversity, Undermines Tolerance

The concepts of diversity and tolerance are championed at workplaces, in academia, and in the media. And yet diversity is being destroyed everyday–and tolerance is being severely undermined–by the abortion industry.

Visit the website blackgenocide.org , and you’ll find articles spotlighting the alarming statistics. In New York City, for instance, 60 percent of the viable pregnancies of African-American women end in abortion.

Pastor Clenard Childress notes that more than 20 million African-American boys and girls have been killed from abortion since 1973, when the tragic U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade legalized abortion nationwide.

Similarly, abortions in the Latino community have been sadly on the rise. Data from New Mexico show a disproportionate number of Hispanic women undergoing abortions. In the past few years, abortions have also been generally increasing among Latinas in Pennsylvania.

It is difficult for one to claim to be a champion of racial diversity while running a business that takes the lives of minority children.

The abortion industry also routinely fights tolerance by promoting the extermination of those with “fetal anomalies”–a euphemistic term for babies with disabilities. It is estimated that as many as 90 percent of children diagnosed with Down syndrome in the womb are aborted. Abortionists and pro-abortion interest groups routinely try to block legislation that would protect preborn children with disabilities from lethal harm.

Black Pastors: If Black Lives Matter You Can’t Vote for Pro-Abortion Hillary Clinton

Two leading African-American pro-life pastors say black voters should rule out voting for pro-abortion presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Rev. Dr. Johnny Hunter says if black lives really matter then black voters will not vote for Hillary Clinton on the basis of her staunch support for unlimited abortions throughout pregnancy paid for at taxpayer expense. He says Roe vs. Wade, which Clinton strongly supports and wants to keep in place for decades more, has resulted in the abortions of 20 million African American babies.

“Blacks are clearly targeted by this practice,” Hunter says of abortion.

“In an age of political correctness and racial sensitivity how is it that Hillary Clinton proudly receives the Margaret Sanger award,” adds Rev Dr. Clenard Childress, another black pastor. He points out that Sanger stated, “colored people are like human weeds and need to be exterminated,”

“How can a person seeking the highest office in the land not be demanded to return that award back to Planned Parenthood? How can African Americans especially support such a candidate, its absurd?” Childress asks.

Childress is concerned that the ways in which abortion and the abortion industry target black women and children is often downplayed.

Rev. Childress stated, “How can you have 20 million African Americans missing directly due to abortion and have no mention of it. It would be like the Jews not mentioning the Holocaust. African American’s don’t need another entity manipulating and contorting facts to fit their political agenda. Let the people know the truth.”
