Day 7 of our Prayer Campaign for Douglas Kapren

The Bible tells us that God doesn't want anyone to perish; this includes abortionist and those actively supporting abortion.

The most loving thing we can do for those who commit, provide or promote abortion is to pray for them. 

Please join us on our 7th day of prayer for Douglas Karpen that he surrenders his life to Jesus Christ.  We also pray that his conversion leads him to publicly renounce abortion, confess Christ as His Savior, and declare the sacredness of human life.

'But I say to you: Love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you. And pray for those who persecute and slander you. In this way, you shall be sons of your Father, who is in heaven.' - Matthew 5: 44-45

Each of us has been given the gift of intellect and free will by God.  Although many follow His will, there are those who have been seduced to follow satan's will. His false promises seem so enticing, but many fail to realize that there is a price to be paid for following the prince of lies. 

Let us use the spiritual weapon that Our Lord gave us, and pray for Douglas Karpen that the love of Jesus will flood his soul and free him from satan's grip. 

Heavenly Father, we come to you today and implore you to prick the consciences those who perform, promote, or support abortion and to help them recognize the consequences of their decisions.  Amen.

Abortion is a terrible sin. Those who provide, promote or support this evil have allowed themselves, either wittingly or unwittingly, to become instruments though which satan works.

We pray today for Douglas Karpen that he show remorse for his sin of killing thousands of unborn babies; renounce the crimes he committed; and ask for God's forgiveness for his actions.


Lord, when people turn away from You, all reverence for human life is lost.  Please have piety on those who commit, promote and support abortion, and lead them to Your salvation.  Amen.

We all have regrets over our past actions, and we all need God's mercy for past deeds. Let us remember this as we pray for Douglas Karpen today that through the grace of God, he will have remorse for his hurtful actions, turn away from his sinful ways, and deeply regret harming women through abortion.

Continuing Prayers for Douglas Karpen During our Prayer Campaign - Day 3 #onesoulatatime

' But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.' - Matthew 5:44

It's one thing to pray for your enemies; quite another to love them. But we are commanded by God to do so.

During this prayer campaign I've had friends tell me how hard it is to pray or love those for whom we pray each week. But if we consider that we all have only one enemy, satan; and that those who commit, promote or support this terrible crime of abortion are misguided souls who bought into the lies of the devil, then it is much easier to pray and even begin to love them.

Please continue to pray for the soul of Douglas Karpen, and all those for whom we've prayed these last 6 weeks, that the Holy Spirit reveals to them that their evil choices will lead to eternal damnation.

Come, Holy Spirit, come

Let thy bright beams arise,

Dispel the darkness from our minds,

And open all our eyes.

Revive our drooping faith,

Our doubts and fears remove,

And kindle in our breasts the flame

Day 2 of our Prayer Campaign for Douglas Karpen #onesoulatatime

Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. - John 8:12

We are now half way through Lent and our Prayer Campaign. As we continue our Lenten journey, we pray this week  for abortionist Douglas Karpen.  

We pray the Light of Christ will dispel the darkness of his soul, that he have a full conversion, and surrender his life to Our Lord Jesus Christ. 

God our Savior, help us to follow the light and live the truth. In you, we have been born again as sons and daughters of light. May we be your witnesses before all the world. Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. AMEN
