Aborted Quadruplets were Born with Arms ‘Wrapped Around Each Other’

Ben Johnson
Live Action News

(LifeSiteNews) An abortion industry worker left her job at a Planned Parenthood facility – and eventually brought four of her colleagues out of the abortion industry with her – shortly after she witnessed a woman abort her quadruplets. Most of them were delivered stillborn as she sat on the toilet or stumbled through the hallway, writhing in pain.

Two of the “perfectly formed” boys had their arms “wrapped around each other,” according to an e-mail she sent pro-life advocate Abby Johnson.

Johnson, who heads And Then There Were None (ATTWN), an outreach to abortion industry employees, says the woman left Planned Parenthood the day she saw a woman having a medication abortion for all four children in her womb.

The email said that the woman came to Planned Parenthood “in obvious pain” after “another abortion facility down the road had given her a very heavy dose of misoprostol to abort her quadruplets. She was already into her second trimester.”

“We guided her into the bathroom, undressed her from the waist down, and instructed her to sit on the toilet,” she wrote.

Then the misoprostol kicked in.

“We were all horrified at the events that unfolded in the next few minutes.”

Father Pavone: 'House Vote an Endorsement for Child Killing'

“Make no mistake, those Members of Congress who voted to uphold the President’s veto also voted to endorse the killing of over 300,000 unborn babies a year by Planned Parenthood,” said Fr. Pavone. “When a business like Planned Parenthood aborts children in the womb, it doesn’t matter what else it does – any money added to its revenue stream is money that facilitates the taking of innocent life.”

NEW YORK – Fr. Frank Pavone today expressed dismay at the unsuccessful House vote to override President Obama’s veto of the bill to defund Planned Parenthood and repeal key sections of Obamacare.

The House voted 241 to 186 today in favor of H.R. 3762, which would have redirected federal Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood to local community health centers that do not perform abortions. The favorable vote, however, fell short of the two-thirds majority needed to override President Obama’s veto of the measure.

“Today’s vote is disappointing, but not unexpected,” added Fr. Pavone. “My prayer is that this will be the last year that money is taken from taxpayers’ pockets and given to Planned Parenthood.”

Abortionists Justify Themselves by Claiming Preborn Don’t Have Souls

Fr. Frank Pavone

By Sarah Terzo

Among the most memorable conversations I have had are with practicing abortionists. A number of them have admitted to me that they know they are killing a child, but they justify it by saying, “I don’t know when the child receives a soul.” I was stunned upon first hearing this and replied, “If you don’t know when the child receives a soul, then you don’t know whether the newborn has a soul. Does that then give you the right to kill the newborn?

In his book Abolishing Abortion: How You Can Play a Part in Ending the Greatest Evil of Our Day, Father Frank Pavone writes about conversations he has had with abortionists. Pavone is the head of Priests for Life, and his travels and speaking engagements have brought him face-to-face with different abortion doctors. He’s come to identify some of the strategies abortionists use to justify their work. One strategy he has observed is the tendency to deny that the preborn baby has a soul. Pavone recalls:

Since the pro-life movement is usually the one accused of always using religious arguments, it seems surprising that some abortionists use such a religious, even metaphysical argument when faced with a pro-lifer’s questions. The existence of the soul is something that cannot be proven, at least not by scientific means. When a soul arrives cannot be observed. Therefore, it is a horrible way to determine who lives and who dies.

Doctor Said She Would Never Walk or Talk and Would Die in a “Vegetative State.” He Was Wrong

By Micaiah Bilger

Ana Carolina Caceres may look like an average 24-year-old. A recent college graduate, she is a journalist and blogger. She also plays the violin.

But when she was born, doctors believed Caceres would die or be severely disabled. She was diagnosed with microcephaly, a neurological disorder where a baby’s head is significantly smaller and the brain is abnormally developed, according to the Mayo Clinic. The condition is not typically fatal, but it can cause serious health problems throughout the child’s life.

“On the day I was born, the doctor said I had no chance of survival,” Caceres told the BBC. “’She will not walk, she will not talk and, over time, she will enter a vegetative state until she dies,’ he said.”

The young woman proved the doctor wrong. This week, Caceres said she decided to tell her story to the media because she wants to be a voice for babies with the same condition who are being targeted by abortion activists in South America.

Several South American countries are reporting an alarming spike in the number of babies born with microcephaly. The condition is potentially linked to the Zika virus outbreak, though the link has not yet been confirmed, according to the World Health Organization. “Between October 2015 and January this year medics in [Brazil] have registered almost 4,000 cases of microcephaly in newborns, compared to 163 in a normal year,” according to The Pool.

Abortion activists are using the health crisis to push for legalized abortion in the largely pro-life continent. LifeNews reported that the abortion group Women on Waves also is pressuring women in South America who may be infected with the Zika virus to abort their unborn babies with dangerous, mail-order abortion drugs.

Caceres believes that is a big mistake.

“I believe that abortion is a short-sighted attempt to tackle the problem. The most important thing is access to treatment: counselling for parents and older sufferers, and physiotherapy and neurological treatment for those born with microcephaly.”

Group Promotes Post-abortion Healing in the Year of Mercy Using Powerful Sculpture

from LifeSiteNews

January 29, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) -- Young Slovakian sculptor Martin Hudacek has, perhaps better than any other artist, communicated post-abortion pain, mercy and forgiveness. His 2010 sculpture, "Memorial for Unborn Children," has been drawing attention throughout the world since its creation.

Described as "Very beautiful!" by Pope Francis (read message here) it has brought comfort and hope to those who have suffered the consequences of their abortions. The sculpture communicates that out of the pain can come forgiveness, reconciliation and healing through the Love and Mercy of God.

Pope Francis' call for a Jubilee Year of Mercy has provided added stimulus to spread the need for and the possibility of post-abortion reconciliation and healing.

One pro-life organization is urging concerned individuals to use the photo-image of the sculpture to create awareness of the damage abortion does not only to the child, but also to the mother, father, and all those involved in it, and to offer hope that healing is possible.

By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

St. Louis, MO - The Coalition for Life is reporting that for the thirtieth time since 2009, an ambulance has again transported a Planned Parenthood patient to a hospital in St. Louis.

A firetruck and an emergence response team were the first to arrive, followed by am ambulance, according to a press statement issued by the Coalition for Life. A woman was loaded into the ambulance while clinic workers held a large tarp to prevent pro-life activists from photographing the incident. The ambulance rushed away with siren blaring.

This emergency comes exactly one month after the last such incident that occurred on December 20, 2015.

Operation Rescue has designated the St. Louis Planned Parenthood facility as the most dangerous abortion facility in America.

Pennsylvanians Mark Anniversary of Deadly Roe Decision

By Maria Gallagher, Legislative Director
Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation

HARRISBURG, Pa. - It is difficult for Pennsylvanians to mark the anniversary of the tragic Roe v. Wade ruling without reflecting on notorious abortionist and convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell. After all, it was Roe that led to Gosnell's abominable practice, in which hundreds of full-term babies were delivered, then killed, according to the mind-boggling grand jury report released in connection with the case. And it is that report that forms the basis of the documentary 3801 Lancaster: American Tragedy, which was screened in Lebanon and Lancaster Counties, Pennsylvania the week of the Roe anniversary. (More about this below.)

Pennsylvania communities marked the 43rd commemoration of Roe in additional ways. In Lebanon County, a demonstration on January 22nd attracted nearly 100 people. The crowd actually swelled because some individuals who were hoping to attend the March for Life in Washington, D.C. had to cancel their travel plans because of the Blizzard of 2016. Visit the Lebanon Daily News' website and you can view the inspiring pictures-ordinary Americans taking a courageous street corner stand for life. Signs such as "Abort is a Typo: Adopt" and "Honk for Life" attracted much interest from the motorists passing by.

In the legendary city of Gettysburg, site of the historic Civil War battle, an estimated crowd of more than 100 gathered for a January 22nd rally for life. The courthouse rally, sponsored by the Adams County Pennsylvanians for Human Life, featured a talk by Brandy Crago who is with the therapeutic riding ministry at Freedom Valley Church. Brandy spoke movingly of a girl with a disability and her engaging participation in the equestrian program, proving the value of every single human life. She also talked about her daughter having the opportunity to adopt, after a 16-year-old girl selected her to be the adoptive mother of a beautiful baby boy.

I saw the completed 3801 Lancaster: American Tragedy, documentary for the first time at Lebanon's historic Allen Theatre and it left me speechless. To hear Gosnell himself, on a tape recording, defend his actions was beyond disturbing. And to listen to him justify himself with references to the Bible's Book of Genesis [!] was cringe-inducing.

I would highly recommend that in addition to pro-life groups, other churches and community groups sponsor showings of this film-it is one of the best arguments out there as to why Roe is so pernicious and should be abolished. Use this link to see a listing of showtimes across the nation,

The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, Inc., is committed to promoting the dignity and value of human life from conception to natural death and to restoring legal protection for preborn children. Brick thru window

from Emily Buchanan
Executive Vice President, Susan B. Anthony List

Please take a look at the email & pictures below. Last night, Jill Stanek, Susan B. Anthony List’s national campaign chair, returned home to find a brick thrown through her window.

The note included with the brick (warning: crass language) made it clear she was targeted for her pro-life work.

For about six months, Jill has been travelling the country, working to build support for Susan B. Anthony List’s aggressive campaign strategy to elect a pro-life president this year and advance legislation like the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would stop abortion after five months.

Jill knows more than anyone the pain these children experience. As a nurse she witnessed babies around this age struggle for life after they had been abandoned following a failed abortion.

As you can see from her message below, despite this attack, Jill is more resolved than ever to fight on behalf of the unborn and their mothers. Her dedication to our shared cause is so inspiring, I had to share it with you. The SBA List team is truly blessed to have her on our side.

Please do me a favor and keep Jill and our entire team in your prayers. As you can see, the brick landed right on top of Jill’s devotional table – perhaps a reminder of how important prayer is in this battle for life.

With your help, we can continue to expand our efforts and take on new challenges. Already we’re:

Knocking on doors across battle ground states – educating voters about the importance of voting pro-life
Lobbying legislators to vote YES tomorrow on the override of President Obama’s veto of defunding Planned Parenthood legislation
Proving key research and data to federal and state legislators fighting for lifesaving laws like the Pain-Capable bill

Holding potential presidential nominees accountable for their words and actions, so that we have the strongest pro-life candidate in the general election

Just like Jill, we are not worried. We are more fired up than ever to defend life and build a culture of Life in our nation – I hope you are, too!

With your help, we can do all of the above and more, so please consider making a donation right now.
