What Planned Parenthood Doesn't Want You to Know‏

Martin Fox, President
National Pro-Life Alliance

Planned Parenthood has recently garnered national attention for harvesting and trafficking in unborn babies’ organs.

Yet pro-abortion politicians are swarming to their defense.

In fact, front-running presidential candidate Hillary Clinton released an ad declaring her fullthroated support for the abortion giant.

And specifically, Hillary has heaped praise upon Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger.

“I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision.”

And as far as “vision” goes, Planned Parenthood more than lives up to its founder’s barbaric expectations.

Sanger made her vision for Planned Parenthood perfectly clear when she wrote that she did “not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”

You read that right.

Sanger went on to call for the “cultivation of the better racial elements in our society, and the gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extirpation of defective stocks -- those human weeds...”

In fact, Sanger even spoke at a Ku Klux Klan meeting in New Jersey to overwhelming applause, and received dozens of more invitations from similar groups.

The fruits of Sanger’s “vision” for Planned Parenthood can still be seen today, as 78% of Planned Parenthood clinics can be found in minority communities.

And in New York City alone, more black babies are aborted than born every year.

The fact is, there is nothing "courageous" about ending innocent human lives.

And as the truth about Planned Parenthood and the abortion lobby continues to be exposed, you and I must keep up the fight to end this slaughter once and for all.

The National Pro-Life Alliance is entirely dependent on voluntary contributions to keep our vital programs running.  We receive no government funding.

from John Pisciotta (The Protest Retireee)
Director of Pro-Life Waco

1. Action Request: Vote in poll to support Bishop’s decision to break with Girl Scouts

Urgent action request regarding Girl Scouts and Archdiocese of St. Louis. Archbishop Carlson of St. Louis has gone 95% of the way to breaking off parish sponsoring Girl Scout troops. The reason is that Girl Scout national leadership, GS curriculum, and GS organizational partnerships are so aligned with the secular progressive perspective, accommodating to abortion and much more. I’ve been involved in this matter for over a decade and know the Archbishop is correct. A survey on the archbishop's decision is now open on a St. Louis TV station website. The vote is very close. We are losing 52% to 48% as I write. I urge you to follow this link to the survey and vote in support of Archbishop Carlson. Also, please forward and share this with your friends.

2. Carolyn Knowles - Waco’s pro-life inspiration—is in hospital

Our dear Carolyn Knowles was hospitalized on Fridaymorning. I am told that she was just generally feeling bad and week. There’s no diagnosis at this point. She is doing better. Please pray fervently for Carolyn. As some of you remember, Carolyn attended PLW’s Second Sunday luncheon/meeting on Valentine’s Day. Thanks to Holly Lykins for taking her. I think it meant a lot to Carolyn and to the rest of us to have her with us for Second Sunday. Carolyn is at Providence Hospital in room 485. We call Carolyn the grandmother of the pro-life movement in Waco. I don’t think she would mind me revealing that she is 91 years young. Our pro-life billboard truck is named Carolyn to honor her for all the work and inspiration she is provided to the pro-life movement in Waco. Please pray for Carolyn.

3. I-35 Overpass Outreach is Saturday Feb. 27, 9-11 am

What event reaches many thousands of people in just two hours? Yes, it’s an I-35 Pedestrian Overpass Outreach. The day is Saturday, February 27. We will do it 9-11 a.m. to avoid the wind and provide the opportunity to immediately transition to Protest Bank of America. Organize your family, friends, and church group to join this fulfilling event. In “public square” outreach the message also goes out to lukewarm pro-lifers and those now strongly opposed to us. With the short messages of an overpass outreach, no one can look away. All the signs we use are G-Rated.

4. Bank of America Protest in Waco Saturday Feb. 27, 11-1 p.m.

You will have the opportunity to participate in two powerful pro-life event on Saturday the 27th. The location is 1100 N. Valley Mills Drive. Time is 11 to 1 p.m. We do have a shot at getting BOA to change it donation policy AND there are so many other positives happening along the way with Protest BOA. There is no problem parking in the Kentucky Fried Chicken lot directly across the street from Bank of America. I hope to see you and your family there. We are sending “stand down” messages to many businesses that it would be a very bad idea for them to ever take an initiative to be involved with Planned Parenthood.

  • Watch a YouTube video of the sights and scenes of Protest Bank of America in Waco last Saturday below or view it on YouTube using this link.

5. Showing March 31 of selected CMP videos in Waco Public Library
Following Action Item #5 you will see some photos of the last Protest Bank of America.
Public showing of Center for Medical Progress videos in Waco at public library on the evening of Thursday, March 31. I reserved the West Waco Public Library for a public showing of selected videos. I don’t know of any other pro-life group in the country holding a public video showing. Pro-Life Waco will try to do the job that the mainstream media refuses. This will be open to the public—even pro-abortions. Pro-lifers and abortion supporters can come out to see and discuss the videos. More details later.

Pro-Life Warrior, Frank Wagner, Explains how He Heard the Cry of the Aborted Children

by Frank Wagner

In November of 1974 I felt a desire to pray. I knew it had something to do with abortion. I then saw the souls of the children who had been aborted at the Vancouver (Canada) General Hospital and I was given the following message “Listen to the cry of the aborted children. Their cry is no. Their cry is a cry of terror. Heed their cry.”

For a detailed description, please use this link to my website, Cry of the Aborted Children and then consider joining the Facebook group Work to abolish abortion in the World - Message Team using this link.

Frank Wagner is a long-time pro-life warrior who lives with his wife in Victoria, British Columbia.

Why the U.S. Senate Must Refuse to Cooperate in President's Obama's Plan...

....to make the U.S. Supreme Court into a pro-abortion super-legislature

By Carol Tobias, President
National Right to Life Committee

At the U.S. Supreme Court, a vacant chair is draped in black. In filling the vacant seat, the stakes could not be higher.

The vacancy should be filled by the president who is elected on November 8, 2016.

Certainly, the Constitution gives President Obama the authority to nominate a replacement for the late Justice Antonin Scalia – but the Constitution also makes it clear that the vacancy will endure until the U.S. Senate gives “consent” to a nominee. There are various ways that the Senate may refuse to consent, including inaction on a nomination, which is what should occur in this case.

That is because this is not primarily about the professional credentials of a particular nominee – it is aboutwho decides whether unborn children will be protected, whether religious liberty will be protected, and whether the free-speech rights of groups out of favor with the liberal elites will be protected (among other things).

BreakPoint Daily: Why Assisted Suicide is a Poison Pill

PUSHING BACK THE CULTURE OF DEATH

The culture of death is claiming new victims—not only at the beginning of life but also at the end of life. Why killing is never compassion. . .

By: John Stonestreet

BreakPoint

Are there ever times when deliberately taking an innocent human life is okay? What if our intentions are merciful? What if we’re trying to relieve the suffering of one we love?

My home state of Colorado is asking these questions right now. A bill before the legislature would make us the fifth state to legalize assisted suicide, following Oregon, Washington, Vermont, and California. Sponsors of the bill are proposing it under the commonly used name “Death with Dignity.”

That’s a euphemism for killing elderly and terminally-ill patients by giving them a cocktail of toxic drugs. And unlike abortion, which has become less and less justifiable with the availability of ultrasound and neonatal care, it’s easy to make physician-assisted suicide sound compassionate.

“I feel that it’s a basic human right to be in charge of your own destiny,” says assisted suicide proponent Lance Wright. “The situation now is that you and I are not in control of what happens at the end of our lives.”

Medical Waste Companies Keep Abortion Alive

from Mark Harrington
National Director, Created Equal

Columbus, OhioFebruary 22, 2016 - Abortionist Renee Chelian admits that the problem of disposing of aborted babies could shut abortion centers all across America. Because Stericycle is Planned Parenthood's largest medical waste disposal company, severing the link between the two would likely bring the abortion giant to a halt. In a war we need a strategy not just tactics. Affecting the supply side of the abortion equation is an important part of our strategy. Affecting demand for abortion by only trying to change hearts, and save lives is insufficient to win. Just as in the Jewish holocaust, the urgency of the matter requires attempting to shut down the killing machine by whatever lawful means necessary.

We have a short window of time to put pressure on Stericycle and these medical waste companies to stop doing the dirty work of Planned Parenthood.

If the link is severed between Stericycle and Planned Parenthood, they would be forced to shut down!

  1. Send Created Equal pictures and video of the medical waste companies that service your local Planned Parenthood. Send information to mark@createdequal.org
  2. Contact CEO Charles Alutto at 847-607-2004 or calutto@stericycle.com and respectfully request that Stericycle stop disposing of aborted babies and the instruments that kill them.
  3. Sign the petition to stop Stericycle from collaborating in the deaths of millions of babies by abortion.

Last summer and fall, Created Equal helped lead 100,000 activists to protest at over 600 Planned Parenthood clinics in each of the fifty states. This coalition is capable of mounting serious opposition to Stericycle (See protestpp.com).

Please donate to Created Equal, PO Box 360502, Columbus, OH 43236 or click HERE to give electronically. Your gifts are tax deductible.

UN Secretary General Pushes Abortion in New UN Document Promoting “Humanitarian Goals”

unitednations5

By Micaiah Bilger

In big and small ways, United Nations officials have been trying to push the legalization of abortion world-wide for decades.

Though pro-life nations and groups have succeeded in resisted the pressure, UN leaders have not given up their pro-death agenda. In the latest attempt, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon included abortion in his plan to address the global humanitarian crisis, according to the Center for Family and Human Rights, or C-Fam.

Ki-moon’s report “One Humanity: Shared Responsibility” urges countries to give women the “right” to abortion as part of their larger humanitarian objectives, according to the report.

According to the group:  In the report, alongside well established humanitarian responses, he urges that “priority” be given to “providing women and adolescents with comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services without discrimination,” a phrase understood by Ban Ki-moon’s staff and some UN member states to include abortion.

The Secretary General has been at the forefront of including abortion in humanitarian efforts, and has gone as far as claiming that providing abortion is an obligation under humanitarian law and the laws of war. In doing so, he is pushing the boundaries of what UN member states consider acceptable.

C-FAM said UN member states likely will object to Ki-moon’s abortion agenda; they rejected similar language last year in a debate about global humanitarian goals. If pushed through, Ki-moon’s abortion agenda would put countries that oppose abortion at a disadvantage in the UN, according to the group.

Planned Parenthood Facility in Business for 30 Years to Close Due to Drop in Clientele

Still0216-00000-jpg

By Danny Burton

Planned Parenthood has announced that it will close its facility in Blacksburg, Virginia, and refer patients to its Roanoke location.

Paige Johnson, senior vice president at Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, suggested the closure was due to a drop in clientele and the expansion of other providers in the area that offer health care at little to no cost.

The location at 700-J N Main Street, which opened 30 years ago, now advertises medication abortions up to eight weeks and six days LMP. With other alternatives in the region, the need for the Blacksburg Planned Parenthood is non-existent.

Planned Parenthood mentioned the “changes” that led to the closure of the Blacksburg location are not unique to Virginia. Comprehensive health clinics far outnumber Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide, and more Americans are choosing life instead of abortion. However, the abortion giant receives over $500 million in taxpayer funding every year — $1.5 million every day.

Recently, states across the country have taken action to defund the abortion giant as undercover videos exposed Planned Parenthood’s role in the harvesting of aborted baby parts. Lawmakers have urged for a diversion of Planned Parenthood’s public funding towards comprehensive health clinics, which outnumber the abortion business 20 to 1.

The Blacksburg Planned Parenthood is not the first facility to close its doors in 2016, and it will not be the last. As more and more women and men begin to realize the many health care options available – options that don’t carry the shady reputation of Planned Parenthood – the assumed need for Planned Parenthood will continue to shrink.

Kentucky Sues Planned Parenthood Over Illegal Abortion Scheme

By Cheryl Sullenger
Operation Rescue

Louisville, KY - Gov. Matt Bevin announced yesterday that the state has filed suit against Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky seeking nearly $700,000 in fines for conducting an illegal abortion "scheme" without a facility license or required transfer agreements at their Louisville office.

The suit noted that the application Planned Parenthood filed last November, while still under the administration of former Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear, was a "sham" since if failed to include the necessary hospital transfer agreements necessary to qualify for an abortion facility license in Kentucky.

Oregon Releases its 2015 ‘Death with Dignity’ Stats

by Michael Cook
Careful! - A Blog About End of Life Issues
MercatorNet.com

Oregon is the model for assisted suicide legislation throughout the United States, so its annual “Death with Dignity” report for 2015 deserves close scrutiny.

Since the law was passed in 1997, a total of 1,545 people have had prescriptions written under the DWDA, and 991 patients have died from ingesting the medications.

The figures are not as straightforward as they might seem. During 2015, 218 people received prescriptions for lethal medications, but only 132 people died. Why the difference? Many people keep the medication on hand and wait until they are ready to use it – which could be in the next calendar year. Some die before using it; some disappear from the official statistics. So, of the 218, 125 used the medication and died; 50 died before they used it; 5 died and Oregon does not know whether or not they used it; and for 38 people (17%), there is no information about whether they used it or whether they are alive or dead.
