Pro-Life Movement Expects Win After San Francisco Hearing On Undercover Videos

The man responsible for the undercover videos of Planned Parenthood negotiations on the harvesting and selling of aborted baby parts indicated he is encouraged by what looks to likely be a pro-life win for his case in the San Francisco Superior Court.

The Thursday hearing addressed the 15 criminal charges filed by the California Attorney General’s office against David Daleiden – project leader at the Center for Medical Progress – who secretly filmed his attempts to purchase fetal tissue from Planned Parenthood officials in a series of undercover videos.

The AG argues that Daleiden violated California’s recording law, but Daleiden’s defense maintained that the undercover journalists had committed no wrong because the video recordings were made in open, public areas.

Daleiden’s defense attorney, Brent Ferreira, said Thursday that abortion advocates have been waging “a multifaceted attack” aimed at shutting down Daleiden’s message, but that Daleiden and his team continue to win and they “remain confident in a victory for the pro-life moment.”
Daleiden has already beat criminal charges in Texas and recently beat down 9th Circuit Court of Appeals charges in the state of Washington. The abortion industry usually wins, “they just crush people” Ferreira said.
