Without Roe, What Happens in Pennsylvania?

from Pennsylvania Family Council

Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Roe v Wade

President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court has put U.S. Senator Bob Casey in the spotlight. Even before he knew who the President’s choice was, Casey tweeted that he “will oppose the nomination the president will make….”

Looking ahead, there will likely be a Senate Judiciary Hearing in late August followed by a confirmation vote in mid-September.

Many on the left say they oppose Kavanaugh out of fear that he will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade, the infamous 1973 court decision imposing abortion on demand on the nation. No one actually knows for sure if that would happen (we hope and pray so), but what if it did? Would abortion suddenly become illegal in Pennsylvania?
