Alert: Save Babies with Disabilities

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel

Help the ACLJ save babies with disabilities from selective abortions.

States are passing commonsense pro-life laws outlawing selective abortions – killing babies simply because they may face potential mental or physical disabilities, or because of their race or sex.

No child should be killed because he or she is considered inferior. Yet, that’s the sick mentality Planned Parenthood was founded on.

Now Planned Parenthood and the pro-abortion ACLU are challenging a vital Indiana law. This monumental case that will impact pro-life laws nationwide has just been appealed to the Supreme Court.

We’re taking direct action to fight back. We’re fighting to defeat Big Abortion in numerous cases – each of which could end up at the Supreme Court.

Now we’re filing a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend these precious unborn babies from death.

But we need you to sign on to our brief today.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Babies at the Supreme Court Now.
