Planned Parenthood Profits from Abortion

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel

It takes our tax dollars.
The abortion industry kills nearly a million babies every single year. The battle for life at the Supreme Court and courts nationwide has never been more important than today.

At this moment, we're critically engaged in more than half a dozen pro-life cases in courts across America.

We're taking on Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry after it was caught selling aborted babies' body parts for profit. We're defending pro-life pregnancy centers from laws that seek to shut them down - forcing states to implement a Supreme Court case we won.

We're defending pro-life advocates who are saving lives.

We've filed an amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend babies with disabilities - in a major Supreme Court case against Planned Parenthood - and we're preparing a 2nd brief if the Court takes the case.

Right this moment, we're defending life. But we need you.
