The number of surgical abortion facilities in the state
dropped in the past year, according to a report in the Philadelphia
Inquirer. Previously, there were 22 abortion centers operating in
Pennsylvania. Now there are only 17.
This occurred after passage of the landmark abortion center
regulation bill, Act 122. The Pa. Pro-Life Federation legislative team
was instrumental in the passage of this ground-breaking bill.
It is our fervent hope that fewer abortion facilities will mean fewer abortions in Pennsylvania.
