Abortion mill owners and operators think they are above the law. They want to stay open, and they don't care who gets hurt or killed in the process. Birmingham, Alabama provides the latest example.

The New
Woman All Women facility there lost its license to be an abortion clinic in May
of 2012, and now we have evidence that it continues to do abortions! Alabama state law requires that a facility that does
abortions have a license to do so. This
problem has already been brought to the state's attention. But so far
there has been no response.
Therefore
we're asking you to help us put public pressure on the State Department of
Health to investigate why this place is
still doing abortions, and to have them stop.
I know the woman in charge of this
abortion mill. Her name is Diane Derzis. And she is the same person in charge
of the abortion mill in Jackson, MS, about which I wrote you recently, because
it too is operating in violation of Mississippi state law.
It's time
for the law to be enforced! We have
the opportunity to speak up. Reason, morality, and the law are all on our side.
As I've often said, you can't practice vice virtuously. A business that kills babies isn't going to have any scruples about state laws regarding licensing or any codes in place for safety reasons.

Pro-lifers forced the Health Department to investigate the abortion facility, resulting in 76 pages of health code violations. The facility, is still operating despite losing its license!
