GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Deposits and final payment: A deposit of $500.00 per person should accompany the registration form, along with your optional insurance payment and copies of your passport picture page by December 4, 2014. Final payment is due December 19, 2014.

Single supplement: A few single rooms are available for an additional $ 295.00 per person. Prices are based on two people per room. Should your roommate cancel you are subject to the single supplement charge .
Land only cost $ 1095.00 . Land services begin and end at the hotel
Baggage: Each participant is allowed (1) suitcase not to exceed 50 pounds and one small carry-on bag . Airline baggage charges are not included. Tour Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable expect for a $250.00 per person service fee up until 90 days before departure. Between 90 days and 45 days before departure $500.00 becomes non-refundable. 45 days before departure all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Unused portions of the trip are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. We strongly urge you to purchase Trip Cancellation/Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for protection of your travel investment. We provide two types of policy issued by Travel Insured International’s Group Deluxe Plan. Basic Coverage or the Cancel for Any Reason. All coverage and pricing is available upon request or on our web site at www.selectinternationaltours.com. Payment is to be made at the time of your initial trip deposit by a check made out to Select International Tours, Inc.
Pricing: All prices are based on payment by cash or check. Prices are based on a minimum of 20 full paying travelers per bus. Individual pricing may need to be adjusted should this number not be met. Airline fuel/tax currently included at $128.00 and are subject to change.
Responsibility: Select International Tours and or any travel agency and supplier services in connection with this travel program, are not responsible for any illness, loss or injury to person or property, any delay, or extra costs incurred due to the delay or cancellations caused by weather , strike or events beyond anyone’s control. Details of the program are subject to change based on events beyond the tour company’s control. Any additional charges incurred due to the events beyond anyone's control including inclement weather will be the responsibility of each individual passengers.
