Maria V. Gallagher, Legislative Director
Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation
The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation urges you to contact your state Senator and urge him or her to oppose Senate Bill 1350. Senate Bill 1350, sponsored by Senator Daylin Leach, would repeal Act 122 of 2011.
Act 122 is a common sense law which ensures that abortion facilities meet basic health and safety standards. It was a response to the horrendous Kermit Gosnell case, in which Gosnell was accused of killing hundreds of babies and causing the deaths of female patients in a facility which prosecutors described as a “House of Horrors.”
Please call and email your state Senator with this urgent message:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a state bill, not a federal one, so you do not need to contact U.S. Senators Pat Toomey and Bob Casey.
Thank you so much for making these critical calls and sending these important emails!
The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, Inc., is committed to promoting the dignity and value of human life from conception to natural death and to restoring legal protection for preborn children. Through legislation, political action, education and other legal means, we proclaim the truth about abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia.
