The Abortion Lobby was chomping at the bit to fill Scalia's seat with a pro-abortion radical when President Obama nominated their handpicked judge to the High Court last year.
But thanks to the activism of NPLA members and other pro-lifers, the U.S. Senate held firm and refused to confirm Obama's pick!
Now that America has elected a pro-life President to match the Republican-controlled Senate majority, you and I have a golden opportunity to take steps towards winning a majority on the Supreme Court that will uphold the Sanctity of Life.

After President Obama nominated pro-abortion judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court last March, your protest sounded like cannon shots.
Thanks to petitions, emails and phone calls from NPLA members like you, the Senate flat-out refused to hold a vote to confirm Garland.
And now, you and I have a golden opportunity to turn last summer's defensive fight against the radical Abortion Lobby into an offensive battle for Life.
That's why your immediate action is so important. Filling Justice Scalia's vacancy on the High Court will likely be one of the first things Donald Trump does as President.
This decision will set the tone of his presidency.
And radical abortionists dread what a Trump presidency may mean for their deadly agenda . . .
. . . Because President-elect Trump could have the opportunity to fill as many as THREE additional Supreme Court vacancies over the next four or eight years.
And legislatively we will have an opportunity to defund Planned Parenthood as well as pass other lifesaving legislation.
Knowing the threat to their agenda, the Abortion Lobby will exploit any and all openings.
Right now, the so-called "National Abortion Rights Action League" (NARAL) and the nation's largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, are working feverishly to keep anyone pro-life off the High Court.
If the Abortion Lobby gets their way, they would like to use the filibuster to see to it that ultimately only a pro-life impostor can be confirmed -- one who talks pro-life, but doesn't have the grit to do the right thing when Roe v. Wade itself is on the chopping block.
Confirmation of a anything less than a solidly pro-life justice would be a travesty.
And it would jeopardize future prospects for meaningful pro-life legislation throughout the country, including:
- Parental intervention laws to give parents the right to stop any abortion on their minor daughter;
- Ultrasound Laws to prove to expectant mothers that they are carrying a precious unborn life inside them -- not a meaningless "clump of tissue" as abortionists would have them believe;
- Bans on sex selection abortions, which prohibit the killing of the unborn just because the parent didn't like the sex of their baby;
- Bans on taxpayer funding for abortions to allow the Abortion Lobby to pick the pockets of every American taxpayer;
- And ultimately a Life at Conception Act to overturn Roe v. Wade.
And it's why President-elect Trump and your U.S. Senators need to hear from pro-life Americans like you RIGHT AWAY.
You and I must encourage them to never "compromise" with the Abortion Lobby.
