Archdiocese of Philadelphia to Host Pro-Life Summit on January 18, 2014



 



A pro-life summit will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2014 in center city Philadelphia, PA, beginning with prayer at  the center city Planned Parenthood and ending with a meeting at the Archdiocese Pastoral Center.  Events for the day are as follows:

The day begins as pro-lifers gather for prayer outside the Planned Parenthood at 12th & Locust Streets from 7:30 - 8:30 am. 

Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in the Chapel at 18th and Locusts Streets.

Immediately following the Mass, the Summit will be held at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center located at 222 N. 17th Street.  

Topics covered at this summit will focus on dealing with a poor pre-natal diagnosis, a talk on in-vitro fertilization and an update on the Gianna Centers.
