Please Thank Gov. Kim Reynolds for Signing the Heartbeat Bill Stopping Nearly All Abortions in Iowa

John Ritchie, Director
TFP Student Action

Hurray! Iowa passed a very strong pro-life bill.

"If death is determined when a heart stops beating," said Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, "then doesn't a beating heart indicate life? For me, it is immoral to stop an innocent beating heart."

Gov. Reynolds signed the Heartbeat Bill on May 4, which will nearly stop all procured abortions in the state of Iowa.

Your moral support is vital because the backlash is real. And ugly. Planned Parenthood and the ACLU are challenging the bill in court.

ACLU legal director, Rita Bettis, confessed to The Washington Post: "In the 45 years since Roe, no federal or state court has upheld such a dangerous law."

Yes. Dangerous for the butchers at Planned Parenthood. But life-saving for the unborn child.

What is most encouraging is that Gov. Reynolds is standing firm -- despite all the nasty pressure from the pro-abortion Left.

“We know that our work is not done, that we must continue to work together to change the hearts and mind," said Gov. Reynolds. "...we’re not slowing down, we’re not going to stop. It’s a fight worth fighting."

Please Thank Governor Reynolds Now for Her Unusual Courage.
