The Pennsylvania Catholic Conference is asking that we contact our State Representatives to support and co-sponsor Representative Stephanie Borowicz's 'Heart-Beat Bill'. This bill would prohibit the performance of an abortion from the time a fetus has a detectable heartbeat.
