Our legislature has passed our state budget, and will soon adjourn for the summer. But they have not voted on H.B. 1948 - the Dismemberment Ban passed by the House.
The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee is Senator Stewart Greenleaf. The bill is in his committee awaiting a vote. There is a strong majority of his committee waiting to move this bill - and a strong majority of the full senate ready to pass the bill. Please ask him to move this bill - today!
