1. Second Sunday features “Making the Case for Life”
Let’s maintain the momentum of our successful “Roe events” of January. We will plan for the future and give highlights of our action in January. We will show and discuss a segment of the video “Making the Case for Life”. A segment of this video was show in December and was well received. The location is the parish hall of St. Mary’s Church in Waco (1424 Columbus Ave., at the corner of Columbus and 15th Street). Meal during the noon hour. Meeting 1-2 p.m. I am using my mother’s recipes to cook a great meal for you, your family, and friends. $3 for adults. Children free. With this opportunity, I can’t imagine why you would want to cook this Sunday. If you can’t get there for the meal, just come for the meeting. If you can’t stay for the meeting, that is fine. Just come to dine and visit with your pro-life friends.

3. Successful chastity event in Waco for adults mentoring children.
Pro-Life Waco sponsored its first chastity program featuring Dr. Sandra Hapenney of the faculty of Reicher Catholic High School. The program drew on her vast experience as a mom, grandmother, and teacher. The title was Strategies to Protect Your Teenager’s Innocence. Around 50 parents and community leaders attended. In the evaluation many asked to hear more from Dr. Hapenney. Pro-Life Waco is definitely on board to deliver. Stay tuned!
