Amazing Ultrasound Photo Shows Identical Twins Sharing a Kiss

Two baby girls are becoming internet sensations this week, though they haven’t even been born yet. A recent ultrasound of the twins, Isabella and Callie, showed them appearing to snuggle and kiss each other in the womb.

The Daily Mail reports their mom, Carissa Gill, of Pennsylvania, posted the images of her unborn twins online and quickly caught the attention of local and national news outlets.

Gill said she and her boyfriend, Randy, were in awe when they saw their unborn girls last week. Gill, who is 25-weeks pregnant, had the ultrasound images taken at Fetal Vision, a company that uses 3D and 4D ultrasound technology to capture detailed images of babies in the womb.
“Pregnancy is a beautiful thing to capture, especially when you get to see moments like this,” Gill told Fox 29. “I would love to share this story with the world.”
“It was hard not to be so thankful during this moment,” Gill continued. “I am legit so blessed and can’t wait to meet our two precious princesses.”
One image shows the girls looking like they are snuggling, while another appears to show the sisters sharing a kiss.

Responding to the heartwarming story, Bill Donohue, the head of the Catholic League, pointed out how powerfully ultrasound images demonstrate the value of babies in the womb.
“As Scottish professor Malcolm Nicolson has said, ultrasound has a ‘humanizing effect,’ one that dispels any doubts about the humanity of the unborn child. That is one very important reason why pleas for social conservatives to abandon the culture war must be ignored—technology is putting the pro-abortion industry on its heels,” Donohue said.
