MULTINATIONAL ROSARY FOR UNBORN BABIES GAINS SUPPORT

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE [U.S.A.] - The multinational ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES prayer event, scheduled to happen May 5th - 7th, has received support from numerous persons. These include:

• A priest from Uganda wants to involve hundreds of students in this pro-life prayer event;

• An Oblate priest from Indonesia will be participating;

• The Archdiocese of Capiz(Philippines) will be promoting the ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES;

• Hundreds of emails have been(or will be) sent out to bishops and archbishops by a supporter of this prayer event who lives in Australia;

• A representative of the Diocese of Calgary(Canada) expressed interest to have information placed into parish bulletins;

• A bishop in Chile said he would promote this multinational pro-life Rosary;

• Three hundred Rosaries have been registered by a person from Kenya;

• A person from a Diocese in Argentina said the prayer event will be promoted there;

• The prayer event will be promoted in the Archdiocese of Sydney(Australia) and the Diocese of Ballarat (Australia);

• More that 2,500 Rosaries have been registered by a sister on behalf of other sisters and students in Guatemala;

• 3,000 Rosaries have been registered by a school in the Philippines.

Persons participating in the ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES prayer event will pray at least one Rosary for the following intention: 

For an end to the surgical and non-surgical killing of unborn human persons. The Saint Michael the Archangel Organization website has information about registering as a participant, promoting the prayer event, printing out bulletin inserts, etc.

The ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES has occurred annually for many years and, though the goal of at least one million Rosaries has never been reached for any
given year, hundreds of thousands of Rosaries have been prayed as part of this prayer event. 

Persons praying the Rosary have been from dozens of nations and have included priests, nuns, families, students, etc. In the year 2008, the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization
received the support of Cardinal Francis Arinze as well as Archbishop(now Cardinal) Raymond Burke.

In addition to coordinating the ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES, the Saint  Michael the Archangel Organization also coordinates the annual PRO-LIFE NOVENA FOR UNBORN BABIES (September 29th - October 7th).
