Fr. Pavone Asks Catholic Priests, Laity to Call on Mrs. Clinton to Denounce Anti-Catholic Bigotry

The Queen of Corruption!

by Father Frank Pavone, National Director
Priests for Life
“It’s one thing to disagree with Church teaching on abortion and other matters,” said Fr. Pavone. “It’s quite another to form organizations to try to subvert Church doctrine and to insult and demean those who adhere to it. The bigotry revealed by current Clinton campaign leaders in those emails is both appalling and unacceptable.”
Emails released by the Wikileaks organization show that Clinton campaign head John Podesta helped organize liberal groups to attack Catholic teaching. They also show exchanges between Jennifer Palmieri, now the communications director for the Clinton campaign, and John Halpin, a fellow at the Center for American Progress, in which people who convert to Catholicism are portrayed as insincere and conservative doctrines of the Church are called a “bastardization of the faith.”

As a Private Association of the Faithful, recognized and approved under the Canon Law of the Catholic Church, and working in harmony with the goals of the Bishops' Pro-Life Committee and the local diocesan respect life offices, Priests for Life seeks to:
  1. unite, encourage, and provide ongoing training to priests and deacons who give a special emphasis to the "life issues", especially abortion and euthanasia, in their ministries;
  2. instill a sense of urgency in all clergy to teach about these issues and to mobilize their people to help stop abortion and euthanasia;
  3. assist clergy and laity to work together productively for the cause of life;
  4. provide ongoing training and motivation to the entire pro-life movement.
All pro-life groups, whether Catholic or Protestant, recognize the benefit of the leadership of the clergy in the pro-life movement and often yearn for more of it.
