Voices for Life Is a blog dedicated to informing and educating the public on pro-life and pro-family issues. Our focus is to protect the sanctity of all human life from conception until natural death. This includes protecting babies from abortion, fetal tissue experimentation, and embryonic research; and the general population from euthanasia, cloning, population control and human genetic engineering.

It's Dinner Time for Life
Since its inception in 1982, the annual Stand Up for Life Dinner has gathered pro-lifers old and young from infant to elderly to celebrate the accomplishment pro-lifers have achieved in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
The year the Pro-Life Union has invited Karen Gaffney, founder of the Gaffney Foundation, to be the guest speaker.
Gaffney was the first woman with down syndrome to swim across the English Channel in an open water competition during the Olympics which earned her a medal.
This selections comes at a great time since 9 out of 10 babies diagnosed with down syndrome do not come to full term. Gaffney is an inspiration to many people.
The dinner will be held on Sunday November 20th at Downtown Sheraton Hotel at 17th and Race Streets, across from the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul with free parking available at their lot.
To purchase your tix, sponsor an ad, or students, visit prolifeunion.org. Hurry before the tix are sold out. Deadline for patron and book ads is November 10th.
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Pro Life Union.
