40 Days for Life
In our current secular culture ... we see attacks on faith, family and the unborn every day. While this can be viewed as a form of persecution ... it's also an opportunity to witness to God's joy and love.
Through 40 Days for Life, we have seen God overcome the cultural climate to shed light on one critically important area – Christian unity!
As we gear up for our biggest 40 Days for Life campaign yet (it starts September 28), we want to highlight Christian unity ... and how Catholics, Evangelicals and Protestants are working – and praying – together to end abortion.
I'm Catholic; my friend Dave Sterrett is Evangelical. In the latest 40 Days for Life podcast episode, we discuss the importance of Christian unity in today's culture – in terms of both the challenges we face and the things you can do toget more Christians from your own church involved in the pro-life movement.

Dave, the author of nine books, has served on the 40 Days for Life board of directors. This mission is very close to his heart – as is the notion that praying for an end to abortion is something that all Christians can do together.
You can hear Dave's unique perspectives in this podcast episode here.
Check it out ... be inspired ... and get ready to pray with all of your Christian brothers and sisters during the next 40 Days for Life campaign!

40 Days for Life is a community-based campaign that takes a determined, peaceful approach to showing local communities the consequences of abortion in their own neighborhoods, for their own friends and families. It puts into action a desire to cooperate with God in the carrying out of His plan for the end of abortion. It draws attention to the evil of abortion through the use of a three-point program:
- Prayer and fasting
- Constant vigil
- Community outreach
Voices for the Unborn is an e-publication dedicated to informing and educating the public on pro-life and pro-family issues. To read our Mission Statement, use this link. Follow us on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest. Help spread the word by sharing our articles on your favorite social networks.
